We needed to send a letter to 'Bombay Bicycle Club's' label company. We sent both a physical letter and an attachment to an email to Island Records. In the letter we stated our purposes for the music track and the agreement for covering the track with another artist.
We received no reply to either of our communications. But continued our work anyway going by it was for education purposes.
